What is the Purpose of the eMDs Patient Portal?
The Patient Portal allows a patient or patient representative up-to-date medical records. The Portal is password-protected and includes access to the following data:

How secure is the Patient Portal?
All information is secure and private. The Patient Portal can only be accessed through a secure, password-protected site. Rules are in place to ensure password confidentiality.
How do I sign up for the Patient Portal?
An authorization form must be completed before access to the Portal is granted. After we receive your authorization form, an account will be set up and a notification will be sent to the email address you have provided. To obtain an authorization form, please visit any office.
