Do you have a doctor on call?
To reach the doctor on call, dial 276-883-8000 and ask the operator to page the doctor on call.
 
Do you have a No Show policy?
As of September 1, 2009, C-Health will charge $20.00 for
no-shows. Eliminating the amount of no-shows allows us to
extend care to our patients that need an appointment.
 
What is your refill policy?
It is very important that you do not run out of your medicine.
Please call your pharmacy with your refill request and they will
fax your refill request to our office.
 
Can I bring family members with me?
We believe family is very important. We encourage patients to
bring their family with them if needed.

When can I be seen?
Our goal is for you, our patient, to be seen on the day that you
want to be seen with your provider.
 
How do I file a complaint?
At C-Health, we want to provide our patients Competent,
Compassionate, Comprehensive, and Committed care.  Please
call Terri Garrett, Practice Manager, if you have a complaint.
 
How do I request medical records?
If you would like for C-Health to release/receive your records to/from
another provider, please print and complete the Medical Records
Release on the Forms page and fax it back or bring it to the office.
 
What is the best process for managing my medications?
Please bring all prescription bottles to each appointment. This will
help your provider monitor your current medications and refills
